Early riser
Not a Morning Bird
Hey guys, welcome to the first blog on varshdiaries. This being my first blog I’m too nervous on how this might engage you people. Never had I ever dreamt of making a blog, and here is one in front of you. All thanks to
One of the most arduous task I faced was waking up even before a hen cackles (I felt).
I did my schooling in Sri Chaitanya School, JP Nagar, Bangalore. The harrowing journey of mine started when I had to attend the 7 am classes. Our college started at 7 in the dawn and ended at 5 in the dusk. As I lived a little far off ,the only means of transport was my college bus. We had to report in the college by 6:45 in the morning, due to which our bus would be in our stop by 5:45. Since it was a common spot for 9 of us, and it would get difficult to pick each one of us at our particular place, we all had to gather at that spot. My hardest chore was waking up so early(I mean almost by 4:30). Yes you read it right! Alas! I had to wake up so early because it always took me plenty of time to take a shower and get ready. My father especially never lets me step out anywhere until I had my food and this was another main reason I would often reach late to the stop. As it was a common stop, all of us had to come to the terminus on our own, and for this I was completely dependent on either of my parents. The moment I reach my bus stop, my first look would be: counting how many of my bus mates are out there yet waiting. If I find none, there are two ways I can conclude - either that I missed the bus or that I'm the earliest[a very rare situation I came across].If in case I missed the bus, we (me along with whoever had come to drop me) had to go chasing behind the bus until the driver realizes we have been chasing him ( for my fate he would never realize soon that we were piggy backing from so far off) and thankfully stops.
This was our daily morning routine and it would involve anyone who stayed at my home, that's because right from the time I wake up I try my best to get ready without tumbling stuffs, which I couldn’t accomplish till date, so it's obvious that everyone woke up because of the uproar in my room and sadly would end up helping me.
After all of these melodrama I board the bus successfully and would find a reserved seat right next to my friend (Haripriya aka HP), untangle my earphones connect it to the iPod, plug it on to each of our ears and would go for long nap till we reach our college.
Ending this blog with a quote which I guess might inspire you guys and doesn’t let you face a similar trouble
“The early bird has more energy throughout the day. And gets the worm, of course.”
Well, I would like to tell a goodbye and thank each one of you for spending your valuable time on flicking through this blog.
Hope it fancied you guys! If yes, then please do like share and comment, if a no then awaiting for your valuable suggestions in the comment section.
